Q1　Why is this tour free?

A1　This tour is operated with Japanese subsidies for the purpose of attracting foreign tourists. We are conducting a demonstration experiment (Survey) to spread crafts to people around the world through craft workshops and VR apps.

Q2　I would like to participate in another workshop.

A2　You can participate in the second workshop during your free time. After the first workshop, we will confirm your wish to participate.

Q3　Where is the meeting point for the return bus?

A3　It is the Akita Cultural Creation Center, which is the same place where you got off the bus. There is a map inside the plastic bag we handed over you.

Q4　Where is the questionnaire?

A4　When it is time for the survey, we will present you the QR code for the survey form at the meeting place, Akita Cultural Creation Center. If you would like a paper survey, please ask a staff member.

Q5　What is VR gallery app?

A5　This is a smartphone app that allows you to view crafts in a VR gallery. You can see it anywhere in the world. Approved and published on Apple Store and Google play.

Q6   I want to connect to wifi.

A6　Please open the plastic bag you received and refer to the instructions on how to connect to wifi. If you have any questions, please ask a staff.

Q7　It takes a long time to download.

A7　We are afraid we suspect it’s slow because there are too many people connected to the wifi at once. If it takes more than 20 minutes, please stop and ask the staff member.

Q8　Are there luggege lockers?

Q8　It’s located at Akita City Cultural Creation Center. Please note that if you lose your key, you will be responsible for the replacement cost.
